Inulin, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Tri-sodium citrate Di-hydrate), Magnesium Sulphate (Mg), Sweetener (Stevia rebaudiana L. Bertoni Extract), Natural Flavourings (Kiwi Fruit, Lime, Apricot), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Beta-Carotene, DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), Chromium III Chloride (Cr), Folic Acid, Sodium Selenite (Se), Potassium Iodide (I).

Serve 1 (one) or 2 (two) sachets daily.

Tear open top of the sachet and pour the entire content of the sachet into dry glass and add over half glass (app 100 mL) of cold or warm water. Stir well until dissolved. Once the mixture is ready, consume within half an hour. If mixture thickens add more water and stir. Do not serve children below 1 year of age. Fibre works best with plenty of water.
