This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through nutrigenkids.com and our official online stores are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Nutrigen products are owned and distributed by Vivatinell Limited.


Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.

Our team aims to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) will be prioritised for dispatch on the same working day, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays and UK bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier used.

Standard UK Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Express / Next Day Delivery
Where available, next working day delivery may be offered for orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the next working day.


Couriers

We work with a number of trusted delivery partners depending on the destination and shipping method. These may include:

Royal Mail
• Other national or international courier services

The courier used for your order will be shown in your shipment confirmation email.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


Delivery Notes & Possible Delays

While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Weekends and UK bank holidays
• Adverse weather conditions
• Courier delays or operational disruptions
• High seasonal demand or promotional periods

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands may take slightly longer.


High Order Volumes

During busy promotional periods or seasonal demand, dispatch times may occasionally be extended.

If there is a significant delay with your order, our customer support team will contact you via email with an update.


International Orders, Customs & Duties

For international orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Nutrigen or Vivatinell Limited.


Returns on Sealed Products

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed.


Sale Items

Products purchased during sale promotions or clearance events may not be eligible for refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

If tracking confirms that the item has not been delivered, please contact our team and we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
