Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through nutrigenkids.com and our official online stores.

Nutrigen products are owned and distributed by Vivatinell Limited.


1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The tamper-evident seal must remain intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided

For health and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved.

Please ensure your order number and name used for the purchase are included inside the return package.


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

If your order included free promotional items or gifts, these must also be returned with the order.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued over £35, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as Nutrigen cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed once approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products with broken or removed safety seals
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Products purchased during sale promotions or clearance events may not be eligible for refunds unless faulty.


7. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.


9. Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email.

If the parcel is confirmed as undelivered, please contact our support team and we will investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate.


10. Promotional & Discount Codes

Promotional or voucher codes may be subject to the following conditions:

• Codes may only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated
• Codes cannot be combined with other promotions
• Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase

Nutrigen reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
