These sprinkles are perfect for us as our daughter is on a very restricted diet and we needed something in addition to the vitamin drops she has that contains iron (most of the kids' supplements don't include iron and the ones that do are liquids that taste absolutely awful!).
These are tasteless and we put them in her porridge which works a treat!

My son has some sensory issues and struggles with new foods and textures. He doesn’t eat sweets, so the usual gummy vitamins haven’t worked. He hasn’t noticed this at all in his sandwiches. I’ve just spread it with the butter and he’s eaten the whole thing. Only been using for a week though so couldn’t tell you if I've seen any benefits. But it’s nice knowing he’s consuming a few more vits and mins.

My son is autistic and he doesn’t eat many food groups. It got to the point where I started to look into supplements and we tried everything on the market from drops to gummy’s but he either didn’t like the taste or the texture of the sweets. I decided to try these and it’s the best thing I did. My son has a bit more colour in his cheeks now and has a lot more good energy. I feel I can stress less now I know he’s getting some goodness in him. I mixed with fresh non concentrate apple juice water and black current juice every morning. He hasn’t noticed he’s having vitamins. Highly recommend

Honestly would be lost without these. Use them with my teen daughter with autism who refuses to take tablets or gummies. You can definetly see the change in her physical and mental health when she is on these.

My autistic son has two safe foods and won’t eat anything else so was worried about his nutrition and vitamins. This works well for us I mix it in his weetabox and he’s non the wiser , if he was he would definitely not eat it ,and hope it is helping some way

My daughter has been diagnosed with ARFID for over 4 years. This is the only accepted and recommended vitamin to ensure she gets everything she needs in regards to vitamins and minerals.My daughter will only take them in water, they are quite hard to mix and mainly stay on the surface. Being red they are quite distinguishable and don’t fully dissolve, my daughter does say they are quite grainy in water.I have not used them in food so can’t comment on how well they mix/taste.They have helped to maintain her levels even with a very restricted diet. Compared to gummies they are expensive but they aren’t full of sugar and are fully accepted and recommended by hospital teams so can’t complain

4* i think they could manage to make the powder more solutable and desolve completely. Because of my (autistic) sons fussy eating i have no choice only to give it this in his drink not for food because he doesn't always accept solid food he is not bothered the tiny "dots" in his drink yet. But already 3rd month on it and i am more then happy with it ( except my point above) .Edit: i have notised it missing Magnesium which could help my son improve sleeping and colming down his neoro system. So i have to find anything to fill this missing vitamin. Because if Nutrigen focus for kids with eating problems , they could have add more needed vitamins. Even adults takes magnesium so as a kids with eating disorder needs too.

Fantastic my daughter has autism and is very particular about her food. She notices if something smells or tastes different and refuses it. I put this in her yoghurt, she doesn't know and eats it just as fast. So I would recommend if you are struggling with getting vitamins into your child's diet.

While this product is incredibly useful for my autistic child with extreme picky eating. I do have to faff about putting tiny quantities of powder into his food throughout the day. If I put the whole sachet into his butter or yogurt, there is a noticeable difference in taste. Even I find it disgusting. Maybe I have very sensitive tasetbubs. However, it's been overall beneficial for my son, even if it's in small quantities, at least I know he's getting some multivitamins.

CANT say much because lots of people do love it but my daughter took one taste of yogurt with it , and she said it taste like blood … I will must try more ways to add and see if she can taste it still 🤞

These are great for sen children. However I wouldn't put it in the food. My son is very limited with food and I've just made the mistake of putting this in his food and he notice straight away and refuse to eat it. I have however managed to put in his juice and he drunk it all.

Very good for kids who are fussy eaters. Got for my picky ND daughter who finds eating certain textures hard. Can be mixed with cereal or yogurt/similar, no taste, colour, smell, texture just a white power quite undetectable.

So my son is autistic and only eats certain foods (dry ) apart from chocolate spread on his toast in the morning and only drinks water. Alot of people have left reviews about the sprinkles ( power ) not dissolving in liquid, this is true as I tried with water but it does clearly state on the box mix with SEMI SOLID food so things like yougart , butter , spreads , sauce ect . My son has this on his toast every morning with his chocolate spread and it mixes in very well , he does not notice the difference at all and is a fantastic way of giving him his vitamins with no fuss or interference with his food colour/ Texture and it clearly has no taste . Highly recommended product and will keep buying.
